We will also perform periodic inspections every 6 months to evaluate how the current tenant is maintaining the property. Emergency Repairs: We use licensed and insured vendors for repairs and make sure repairs are fixed in a timely and cost effective manner. We provide an evening and weekend emergency repair line putting an end to the middle of the night repair calls. And as your Property Managers we can relieve you of maintenance worries by coordinating the upkeep of your lawn or pool. Money: • Rent proceeds and statements mailed out by the first of each month • Bills itemized on statement • End of year reports Legal and Collections: • Collect monthly rents • Collect late and NSF fees • Send 3-day Vacate notices • File evictions when necessary |
