Rental Requirements • There is generally a $25.00 to $35.00 non-refundable application fee to be paid for anyone who will be a responsible party to the lease. • We will verify employment, check rental history, and obtain a retail credit report on each applicant. Additionally, we will
perform a criminal background search and management reserves the right to reject any applicant with criminal history judged to be unacceptable.
• Number of occupants allowed per dwelling may not exceed the number defined by city ordinance. • An “A” rated application is an excellent rating is all categories. “B” & “C” rated applications are normally a result of
poor credit, while other areas are good. Additional security deposit may be required with “B” & “C” rated
applications. The owner of the property must approve all “B” & “C” rated applications.
• Initial deposits and first month’s rent collected at the time of lease execution are required to be in certified funds (cashier’s check, money order) or personal check. |
